How it works

From first call to follow-up

  1. A 30-minute call

    We talk about your team, your tools and what success looks like. I send a proposal within [N] working days.

  2. I tailor the day

    Examples use data like yours. I can work with anonymised samples or realistic stand-ins.

  3. Workshop and follow-up

    A live, hands-on day, then notes, code and a short report on where the team could go next.

Simple, fixed prices

Prices exclude VAT and on-site travel. Public sector, charity and B Corp teams get [20%?] off.
